Job Summary

You will perform carpentry construction,renovation, repair, and finishing tasks on outdoor wood or composite structuressuch as decks, pergolas, staircases, and outdoor furniture, ensuring qualityand structural integrity in exterior environments.

Responsibilities

• Interpret project scope and structural requirements to plan carpentry tasks for outdoor residential and commercial structures
• Construct, renovate, repair, and finish attached and freestanding decks, pergolas, arbors, outdoor staircases, screen enclosures, covered porches, exterior railings, and built-in outdoor furniture
• Apply knowledge of contractor qualifications and compliance standards to ensure safe and effective project execution
• Work effectively in outdoor environments, adapting carpentry techniques to exterior conditions
