Carpentry Supervisor Lmia Requested

We are looking for a skilled carpenter to oversee construction projects across a variety of settings—including commercial, industrial, residential, manufacturing, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will manage a small crew, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
• Supervise a crew of 3–4 carpenters and laborers, coordinating schedules and activities.
• Arrange and conduct training, including obtaining necessary materials and supplies.
• Set up equipment and establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Use MS Office, CAD, and MS Project to plan and document work.
