Carpets & Decor Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
2. Provide customers with information about items
3. Check for stock at other branches or order requested stock for customers
4. Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
5. Perform daily tasks such as Daily Sales Report and inventory
6. Conduct accurate measurement based on client's product order (carpet, blinds, wallpaper)
7. Process payment – scan items, accept payment and provide change and receipts
8. Handle return and exchange – process return and exchange merchandise under the policy of Showcase Carpet and Co.
9. Manage cash – oversee funds in a cash register and balance the amount at every end of shift
10. Cash remittance – deposit daily sales to the designated bank account
