Job Description

  • Reports to and works closely with the Coordinator of Case-Management and Student Development and other administrative staff.

  • Works closely with the Director, Assistant Director, and Coordinators to ensure quality care is being provided to clients.

  • Participates in the on-call schedule and managing crisis situations.

  • Coordinate and facilitate patient care through assessment, evaluation, planning, and implementation.

  • Counseling Center outreach events

  • Tracking events and goal progress for the Counseling Center

  • Scheduling meetings and sending out Teams links weekly

  • Works closely with the Mental Health Specialists:

  • Carry caseload for med management and higher acuity clients for more hands on services

  • Walk-in clinic and intakes

  • Assessment

  • Developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress
