Job Opening: Case Manager
Location: South Africa (Remote – US Hours)
Type: Full-Time, Work From Home
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to create comprehensive care plans.
