Case Manager Jr

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Case Manager to manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution.
This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent client communication, and experience working within U.S. legal workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Manage personal injury cases from start to finish
Prepare legal documents and demand packages
Serve as the main point of contact between clients, attorneys, and insurance companies
Handle client communication via phone, email, and in person
Process FOIA requests and case documentation
Resolve medical liens and bills with providers
Maintain organized case files in a paperless system
Disburse settlement checks and support attorneys as needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in case management or similar legal role
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
