About the Role

As our Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant, you’ll be the steady engine behind a busy caseload (about 50 to 100 matters), supporting attorneys across both non-litigation and litigation work. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for clear, consistent communication and proactive case movement aligned with firm standards and KPIs.
