Job Description

1. Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly manner.
2. Process sales transactions, which may include cash, checks, cards, and other digital payments.
3. Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly checkout area.
5. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure amounts are correct.
6. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
7. Bag, box, or gift-wrap packages as per the customer's request.
8. Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
9. Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently.
