Responsibilities

• Process payments accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
• Offer help or advice when needed
• Answer customers’ questions about products or services
• Restock shelves as necessary
• Maintain a neat and organized store environment
• Reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm in stressful situations
