Duties and Responsibilities Lobby Orchestration:  Own the organization of the casino lobby, including the definition of tagging logic, categories (slots, live, trending), and filter positioning. 
UX Optimization:  Continuously improve how players discover content by optimizing search, navigation, and sorting logic in collaboration with product teams. 
Technical Bug Fixing:  Proactively identify and fix missing thumbnails, broken links, or portfolio gaps to maintain a high-quality visual standard. 
Metadata Management:  Define and maintain tagging logic based on game mechanics and player behavior to ensure accurate game discovery. 
CS Escalation Lead:  Act as the primary technical point of contact for Customer Support escalations related to lobby logic and game visibility.
