BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming group seeking to expand its team with experienced VIP Hosts for the Toronto operation.
This is a hybrid role and only suitable for those located in the GTA.
Building a Toronto-based VIP team for one of the fastest-growing online crypto casino brands. As a VIP Host, you will be the named relationship owner for a portfolio of high-value players, delivering the kind of personal, polished service players expect from a premium casino experience.This is a relationship-management role, not a contact-centre role.
What You Will Do
- Own a portfolio of assigned VIP players, maintaining meaningful monthly contact and clear CRM notes on preferences, value, needs, and risk indicators.
