**Introduction**
The prime responsibility of the Catalog & Contract Administrator is to procure basic goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and/or negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk consistent with customer requirements. This role supports procurement activities within the region or geography, working under the guidance of IBM's worldwide procurement teams.
