Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven Category Development Lead to drive category growth, shopper engagement, and channel excellence across key accounts. This role will be responsible for developing category strategies, generating actionable shopper insights, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Trade teams to deliver sustainable business growth.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in Category Management, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing within the FMCG or Beverage industry and possesses a deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and category performance analytics.
