Category Manager

· Role Overview: The Category Manager will own product catalogue, category performance, assortment planning and merchandising for Butterfly Essentials across app, website, marketplace and hospital retail touchpoints. The role requires strong commercial thinking, ecommerce catalogue understanding and consumer product sensibility. · Key Responsibilities: o Own BE product catalogue across baby care, mom care, feeding, bath and body, hygiene, gift sets and bundles o Ensure accurate product listings with names, descriptions, benefits, claims, ingredients, usage instructions, price, images, SKUs and FAQs o Build category architecture including shop by stage, shop by concern, best sellers, new launches, gift sets and starter kits o Work with product, marketing, content and marketplace teams to improve PDP quality and conversion o Own bundling strategy for hospital bags, newborn kits, mom care kits, gift hampers and subscription-led offers o Monitor pricing, stock availability, reviews, rating...
