The Catering and Facilities Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that communal meals and facilities within the Good Morning West Belfast (GMWB) service are delivered safely, hygienically, and efficiently.

The post holder will be responsible for the planning, ordering, preparation and serving of meals, maintaining kitchen and canteen hygiene standards, and overseeing health and safety requirements in collaboration with other staff.
This role supports the wellbeing, social engagement, and inclusion of older adults attending Ardcomm facilities.
Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and serve meals in line with planned menus, dietary requirements, and nutritional guidance.
