Manage and enhance Compensation & Benefits (C&B) programs, including salary benchmarking, budgeting, incentive schemes, insurance, and policy reviews.
Oversee payroll, claims, HRIS systems, personnel data management, and compliance with statutory requirements.
Lead performance management processes, salary proposals, promotions, transfers, and employee lifecycle-related C&B activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, HR Shared Services, vendors, brokers, unions, and consultants to ensure smooth HR operations.
Drive HR audits, surveys, tax matters, insurance renewals, collective agreement negotiations, and HR projects assigned by the HR Director.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or a related HR function.
