An opportunity has become available for an experienced LPB Assistant to join our CCMDD OP in Medipost pharmacy Gezina
Primary purpose of the job
- To ensure accurate capturing of chronic medication prescriptions in line with CCMDD guidelines and clinical protocols.
- Identify any drug interactions or contraindications when capturing the prescription.
- To accurately review a prescription in terms of Clinical and Technical guidelines and send to be rejected when necessary.
- Adherence to good housekeeping practises.
- Investigation and accurate reporting of dispensing errors.
- System monitoring, quality of work evaluation, timeous escalation of possible problematic areas.
- Time & attendance management according to Company Policies.
- Understanding of the CCMDD SLA Penalty Matrix.
