About the Role

As the CCTV Control Room Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the Security Operations Center, managing SOC Operators, security technologies, and emergency response systems. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety of our members, guests, and employees through proactive leadership, strong operational oversight, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Golf Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, peak-time readiness, and a consistently elevated experience.
