Job Description
- Conducting service and calibration procedures for spectrophotometers, color readers, illuminance meters, and light meters.
- Performing calibration, repair, and maintenance tasks in accordance with standards set by the manufacturing facility in Japan.
- Executing adjustments, alignments, replacements, and repairs of equipment and components as per equipment manuals and schematics, utilizing appropriate soldering tools.
- Providing precise technical support by responding to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensuring accurate data entry and completion of service reports to comprehensively document all repair and calibration activities.
- Monitoring repair cases to guarantee timely completion within the turnaround time specified by the factory guidelines.
