DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage internal communication with the operations control room and external communication with agencies regarding CCTV matters
- Oversee the operations control room, ensuring all technical equipment is maintained, including procurement of supplies, services, and repairs
- Perform daily checks on camera functionality (cleaning, testing, ensuring proper recording)
- Ensure cameras are connected and properly identified on the monitoring system (e.g., AXIS Camera Station, Milestone, Hikvision)
