Average pay: $1,290-$1,580 weekly
Home time: Every three weeks
Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience
Overview
+ Haul dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers.
+ Some loads require hand loading and unloading.
+ Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
+ May be required to drive at night.
Pay and bonus potential
+ Hourly pay. Stay out incentives available the longer you stay out.
+ Earn at least $1,325 in weekly guarantee pay.
+ Weekly performance pay.
+ $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
+ Paid orientation.
+ Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
+ Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
