Paya Lebar Methodist Church is seeking a passionate and dedicated Cell Ministry Executive/Director to oversee and nurture the growth and health of our Cell Ministry and its small groups (cell groups). Working closely with the Pastor and cell cluster leaders, this role is pivotal in fostering discipleship, community development, and spiritual growth within our congregation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the activities of existing cell groups, providing guidance and resources to ensure they align with the church’s mission and objectives
- Collaborate with the Director and cluster leaders to identify, train and mentor potential cell leaders, ensuring a pipeline of capable individuals to lead small groups effectively
