Location: SAN PEDRO GARZA GARCIA, Nuevo Leon, 66224
Schedule Availability: Between 25 and 30 hours per week
Period of Stay: 6 months, with option of renewal

Project Objective
Regularization of Corporate Documents.
Challenges
Applying Corporate Law and Securities Law aspects to day‑to‑day corporate‑related matters, going as far back as possible to regularize corporate records of legal entities in Mexico.
Main Responsibilities
- Review corporate documents;
- Reconstruct corporate history of more than 37 legal entities in Mexico;
- Organize the file room where corporate documents are kept;
- Ensure documents are digitized.

- Law Student;
