(Cen) Regional Fleet Manager Scac (Bogotá)

Enable, foster, support and assure best fleet management practices are followed and implemented regionally, including mid‑and long‑term machine replacement and investment plan, owning and operating expenses track and control, machine specs alignment and equalization, technical training and overall machine safety standards to maximize equipment reliability and availability at the lowest possible cost. As a change agent supporting major technical and commercial decisions across a diverse set of stakeholders, the Regional Fleet Enabler must possess excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
