Our client is an international logistics provider who are now seeking a highly motivated and organized Central Document Manager to join their team.
Key responsibilities: 
Working closely with the Legal Department regarding actions and solutions to issues.
Creating future plans for extending BL preparation services to other locations.
Creating new SOPs for missing documentation procedures in new trade routes.
Monitoring, resolving and following up with customers regarding disputes, if any.
Developing systems related with bookings, documentation modules and other related systems.
Maintaining a proper and efficient filing system for all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
Ensuring all staff are equipped with related knowledge regarding documentation policies, SOPs, and system procedures.
Working closely with IT in order to test systems.
