Central Kitchen Growth & Operations Lead

HKP FOOD TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Manager for its Central Kitchen in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage overall kitchen performance, ensuring quality production and compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities include managing production operations, budget forecasting, liaising with suppliers, and developing new sales channels. A valid Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate and at least 3 years of relevant experience are required.
