Central Transport Supervisor

We’re seeking a Central Transport Supervisor to bring fresh ideas and help shape the future of our Waikato fleet. Whether you’re an experienced supervisor or a Class 5 driver ready for a leadership role, this is your chance to make an impact.

Reporting to the Regional Transport Manager, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our fleet and oversee a team of 10 permanent employees. You’ll ensure safety, efficiency, and performance while fostering a collaborative, supportive team culture. If you have experience in dispatch, fleet management, and solid knowledge of the Waikato region, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven leadership experience or a desire to step up from a Class 5 driving role
