Job Summary
We re hiring Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in aviation, Non-Arabs. A prestigious and rapidly growing aviation group in the UAE is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead its commercial, operational and strategic growth. Preferably ex-military experience.
Location: Abu Dhabi. On-site full-time. Reporting to Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute the company’s strategic vision and growth plan, with P&L ownership.
- Oversee all business units including helicopter and fixed‑wing charter, FBO operations, aircraft management, MRO, and aviation hospitality where applicable.
- Drive commercial performance, route expansion, fleet planning, and new revenue streams.
- Lead operational excellence, safety management systems (SMS), and regulatory compliance (GCAA, ICAO).
