REQUIREMENTS:

• HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT WITH COMPLETION OF TRAINING AS AN OPERATING ROOM TECHNICIAN
• CERTIFICATION AS A CST OR LVN LICENSE: L-TX-LVN, C-AORT-SURGICAL TECH
• BLS
• 2 LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION
• PALS, ACLS PREFERRED (MAY COMPLETE WITHIN 90 DAYS OF HIRE COST FREE)
