Certified Workday HCM Consultant (C2H)

• 6+ years / exp in workday with minimum 2 end to end implementation experience (must have).   
  
• Designs and owns complex HCM Core configuration, business process frameworks, eligibility rules, and cross‑module impacts. 
  
• Ability to handle configuration of high complexity. Architects reusable patterns, advanced rules, and scalable frameworks. 
  
• Makes design decisions within HCM Core standards and governance. SME to HR, IT, Security, Payroll, and Talent leaders.
  

Other Skills:

• Experience in supporting customer in their annual maintenance model.   
  
• Proficiency in Core HCM and Desirable to have experience on Recruitment/absence /compensation module experience    
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret and eventually translate business requirements to system design.
