CG Supervisor

CG Supervisor NWS is looking for a CG Supervisor (8-12yrs of experience) to lead the overall CGI pipeline, technical execution, and visual quality across advertising and branded content projects. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the complete CGI pipeline and technical execution of projects • Lead CG teams across modelling, texturing, lighting, animation, simulations rendering, and compositing • Ensure high visual quality, realism, and consistency across all outputs • Review shots and provide strong technical and artistic direction • Solve production, workflow, and rendering challenges efficiently • Collaborate closely with Creative director, producers, and post production teams • Define workflows, pipeline improvements, and render optimisation strategies • Monitor project timelines, team productivity, and final delivery quality • Maintain consistency across campaigns, visuals, and multi-shot productions • Adapt workflows based on project scale, creative direction, deadlines and fast-pace...
