Change and Release Management Process Analyst in the Global Technology team.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the change management vertical for a major ERP upgrade program.
It involves supporting routines such as impact mapping & mitigation, training, access management, and being the key person in understanding the new system functionality.
**Main Responsabilities**:
- Understand the different types of process changes from the ‘as-is’ to the ‘to-be’, assess potential impacts and risks to the project, and prepare plans to mitigate these impacts by working with functional teams
- Understand how the new process works and build training material for the end-users along with the functional SMEs and the development team
