Change Enablement Program Specialist

Collaborate with stakeholders to lead all organizational alignment activities for GDD&T communications. Responsible for developing the communications vision and engagement approach (including cadence, channel, audience, and tools). Activities focus on building organizational agility and change readiness as enablers of ongoing digital transformation.

• Deliver high‑quality communications services and assets across assigned projects, using appropriate media to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact
• Drive and continuously enhance the communications strategy, processes, tools, and best practices
