Change Lead Opportunity with the Civil Works Alliance (CWA), Supporting Sizewell C. As part of the CWA, you will support the building of Sizewell C, a 3.2-gigawatt power station generating low‑carbon electricity for around 6 million homes and playing a key role in the UK’s energy future, supplying reliable, clean electricity for at least 60 years.

What will you do?

We’re recruiting for a Change Management Lead to join the CWA and lead a critical function on one of the UK’s most strategically important infrastructure projects. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll manage change across one or more sections of Sizewell C, ensuring we deliver this transformational energy project with precision, integrity and excellence.
