Must Haves

• Bachelor''s degree in a related field
• PROSCI or CCMP certification
• 5 years experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization (e.g., Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
• 5 years experience developing change management deliverables including Change Strategy and Plans, Training Strategy and Plans, Stakeholder Impact Assessments, Communication Strategy and Plans
• 5 years experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting business and technical documentation

Nice To Haves

• 3 years experience articulating and translating technical language for non-technical customers both verbally and in writing
