Location: Hamilton, ON
Onsite 2 days/week - Tues/Wed MANDATORY - the schedule will alternate between two days onsite, then three days, and back to two days, and so on.
Hours: 35hr/wk
Contract: 5 Months + extension
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of change initiatives within the cybersecurity program.
Drive stakeholder communication and adoption strategies for new processes/tools.
Monitor progress, manage resistance, and report on adoption metrics.
Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
Must-Haves:
Prosci Certification (or equivalent) – demonstrates knowledge of change frameworks without requiring on-the-job training.
2–3 successful change management implementations in IT or Cybersecurity environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
