Position Title: Change Management Specialist Duration: 6 Month Contract 
Location: Wolverhampton 
Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on‑going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU. 
Duties Responsible for planning and executing business change management, driving adoption for new manufacturing systems. Focuses on changes to business processes and tools. Applies change management methodologies, communication planning, organisational readiness assessment and stakeholder analyses. Ability to develop communication and change management plans, and oversee or monitor the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations. 
Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
