ELEKS is looking for a Change Management / Training Specialist in Canada.

ABOUT PROJECT

We are looking for a Change Management / Training Specialist to help drive successful adoption of organizational, process, and technology changes. In this role, you will design and deliver effective training and enablement, create communication and adoption materials, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure employees understand, embrace, and sustain change.

You will play a key role in increasing change readiness, reducing resistance, and improving end-user adoption — especially during implementations of new tools, systems, or operating models.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in change management, training, learning & development, enablement, or organizational development

  • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives (e.g., new system implementation, process transformation, operating model changes)
