Job Description
seeking a senior, strategic Change Manager to lead a high-impact CRM transformation within Salesforce. This role will own the change strategy for shifting front-office responsibility over client data, households, and book-of-business management — a first-of-its-kind change for the Wealth organization.
This is not a tactical or communications-only role. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, shaping how change is adopted across Wealth leadership and advisors.
Key Responsibilities
 • Own and drive the end‑to‑end change strategy for a Salesforce CRM transformation
 • Partner with Wealth leadership to:
  ○ Define the “why” behind the change
  ○ Create buy‑in across front-office stakeholders
