Job Description
As our next Change & Release Lead you’ll oversee change and release across a complex technology landscape, balancing the demands of the business with the required governance and rigour of the Change & Release Management disciplines, to deliver value to customers whilst minimising service disruption. You’ll join a likeminded team in our Bradford based IT Delivery function.
What You'll Do
Oversee the end‑to‑end change and release processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Provide leadership, coaching, and workload prioritisation for a team of Change & Release Coordinators.
Support Change Advisory Board meetings, ensuring clear risk articulation and effective decision‑making.
Drive process improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and enhance change quality.
