About You and the Role

As our Channel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of branch operations, ensuring every transaction is handled with accuracy, professionalism, and care. You’ll also play a key role in empowering your team to understand and promote our products so we can better serve our clients and achieve our branch goals together. This role reports to the Branch Head and works closely with Tellers, Officers, and support teams across the bank—making collaboration and communication essential parts of your day.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day cash operations and over-the-counter transactions across all currencies, accountable forms, securities, and collateral.
• Guiding and supporting branch staff to ensure operational excellence and full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards.
