Key responsibilities
- Define and lead the commercial strategy : Own the end-to‑end commercial strategy for the advisory service, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross‑selling, retention, and long‑term value creation.
- Define and evolve the service model : Design and evolve the advisory service model by defining how different client segments are served, how advisory interactions are delivered, and how internal teams and the outsourced provider work together to support growth, customer value, and scalability.
- Improve sales and service performance : Monitor and optimise key business and sales indicators such as conversion, productivity, customer engagement, and service effectiveness, and identify opportunities to accelerate commercial performance.
