Charter Manager

We are looking for a Charter Manager for an Aviation company based in Dubai.

Location – Dubai, UAE

Salary – AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 /month + Uncapped commissions

Candidate Experience:

• 4-5 years’ brokerage experience in Aircraft Charter Sales or Broking (private jets/commercial jets) with a proven track record of client acquisition and deal making in a competitive sales environment
• Developed new business in your previous roles through market identification, proactive lead generation and key client management
• Analytical skills to drive client acquisition and broking activities to their optimum level
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the confidence to meet annual targets
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
