Position: Cook de Partie - Food catering by Emirates Royal residence (Full-time # ).
Building/ Workplace: Emirates Palace, Abu Dhabi. Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everyday tasks of assigned section in prep work of food to improve efficiency and quality.
- Assign responsibilities and levels of operational authority within the section.
- Monitor and implement cost control and cost-reduction procedures on a continuous basis.
- Maintain efficient communication with other kitchen/operating departments to provide the best possible service to visitors.
- Maximize use of product, equipment and team for high quality of food.
