Established 1988 Fish at the Rocks is a well established seafood restaurant located in Sydneys historic Rocks precinct.

The restaurant is known for its premium seafood focused dining experience.

Operating seven days a week , the business caters to both local and international clientele within a fast paced hospitality enviroment.

The restaurant seats approximately 60 patrons and prepares the majority of its menu items inhouse, with seasonal menu updates implemented throughout the year , to reflect fresh seasonal produce availability and evolving customer preferences.

About the Role

Fish at the Rocks is seeking a qualified chef to join its kitchen team on a fulltime basis .The successful candidate will work closely with the head chef and broader kitchen team to support daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality , presentation , hygiene and consistency.
