Chef de Partie (Fixed Term) — Coastal Kitchen Lead

Cofton Holidays, located in Starcross, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a fixed-term contract until 1st November 2026. The role involves assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in kitchen operations while ensuring high food standards and effective communication with staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous kitchen experience, flexibility to work weekends, and a proactive approach to communication. This position pays £15.15 per hour for 45 hours each week.
