Key Accountabilities
Responsible for specified activities in Peter Kitchen includes supervision of entire food production, staff scheduling, delegation of job tasks and monitoring.

Liaising with purchasing to make sure all food products purchased are the best price available. 

Train, mentor, motivate, supervise and discipline all kitchen department employees.

Ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by The Peninsula Tokyo and the state are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and neatness of the kitchen.
