Overview

The TPM team manages domain‑specific technical support for all client products used by customers. The role involves providing deep expertise, analyzing client feedback, prioritizing bug fixes and enhancements, and coordinating with development teams to validate changes before product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to A/L tickets using Fresh Desk.
  • Create tickets in Agility for defect corrections or new requirements in upcoming software versions. Track these tickets through analysis, development, and execution of UATs to validate delivered fixes.
  • Update UAT procedures for product enhancements and document UAT results for bug fixes.
  • Review operational documentation, including limitation notes, user guides, and release notes.
