Notre agence Adéquat Angoulême recrute un Chef d'équipe / Animateur de Production F/H pour un poste situé à Gond-Pontouvre (16), pour un client spécialisé en fabrication de pieuvres pour chantiers.

Vos futures missions :

- Organiser le travail de l'équipe et assurer le bon déroulement de la production
- Former les nouveaux arrivants et faire respecter les consignes de sécurité
- Suivre le planning, les approvisionnements et la qualité des fabrications
- Participer aux contrôles et aux améliorations de l'atelier
