Position Overview

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals from scratch, managing the kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ordering ingredients, adhering to food safety regulations, controlling portion sizes, designing menus, and ensuring all dishes meet our quality standards.

Qualifications

The candidate should possess strong culinary skills, practical knowledge of food safety regulations and standards, and have at least 3 years' experience working as a Chef in a similar role. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work as part of a team are required.
